Pioneer Plant of Burlington Technologies where VitaFlex is located was the original factory of Burlington Industries(http://www.textilehistory.org/BurlingtonIndustries.html) established in 1923. It has 38 acres with 650,000 square feet of working area. The Pioneer Plant has long history as a major yarn preparation and weaving plant and today still actively supplies package dyeing services for virtually all yarn counts and fiber contents.It is equipped with conventional and sectional warping, traditional slashing, and slasher dyeing capability.It also has well-equipped technical and color labs and skillful technicians with an average of 29 years of service to offer the customer precise color matching. While continuing to be a leading textile yarn preparation and dyeing operation, the Pioneer Plant through its business innovation program, has focused its efforts on non-traditional products, specifically the latex-free elastic nonwovens.
